It was amazing how quickly Lee was able to assess and understand the challenges we faced as we moved to a more project management centered approach to executing our portfolio of projects. His advice has been instrumental in our organization quickly realizing the benefits of the PM methodology. Lee was a great help in considering the minor differences in PM in the Government environment. 
Having Lee present his Risk Management in the Real World as an in house effort was a great decision. Our team members were able to ask questions about how to implement Risk in the most productive way. His answers to the questions were simple and straightforward. Since Lee was here we have begun to implement a structured Risk Management process that works precisely as he suggested. We had several staff come to Phoenix from our Portland facility to attend. They said it was worth the trip! During our one hour "Lunch and Learn" brown bag session, we learned more about value add project management concepts from Lee than many had gained in full day sessions from other PM professionals. His ability to help us understand and visualize how PM can/should work has already made a difference here. Several of the attendees are currently implementing some of the tools Lee described with excellent results!
