PM PowerTraining

Our PMPowerTraining™ workshops deliver maximum learning with a minimum investment of time. PMPowerTraining© creates a concentrated learning environment by focusing on real-world applications and assures students gain the most critical project management skills in half the traditional classroom time. The formula is simple: the more rapidly students learn; the sooner they return to work; the more quickly they are able to apply their new found project management skills to benefit the organization!

PM PowerTraining students will spend 2 days working through one real-world project case study, while they learn new PM concepts and dive deeper into the concepts they already use. Through a unique combination of lecture, hands-on exercises and group activities, we create an intense learning environment that allows students to gain the most critical project management skills in less than half of the time of other one week classes.

As always, we incorporate the same wit and humor you have come to expect from other LCG courses, but with a much more in depth analysis of the subject matter, than typical of our traditional PDUs for Pennies program. Our exclusive country club environments helps students to truly relax and unwind, so their minds are more open to absorb the copious amount of knowledge laid out in 2 short days!

These are not "canned" courses. Each program has been carefully developed to consistently provide participants the concepts, techniques and skills they need to be successful. But LCG instructors go one step further, by incorporating their profound multidisciplinary knowledge to adapt each course to the environment in which they are training and to the skill level of the participants.
