There is a requirement for a project manager to constantly exercise effective communication skills.  The project stakeholder community is a very complex environment.  Each of the dozens of project stakeholders need clear, concise and timely information to enable them to efficiently execute their responsibilities.  This session will focus on the communication duties of the project manager and how best to achieve the important objectives of the project while maintaining productive relationships with all of the stakeholders.
