"People" - with Abigail Mwape, MBA, PMP
Social Projects are the technical expression of solutions to general interest problems and a means to change unfavorable or problematic situations into convenient aspects in benefit of society. Unlike economic projects where a feasibility study is based on which project has the highest Net Present Value or the shortest Payback Period, social projects focus on the need that a specific endeavor tends to fulfil. In this segment we will focus on :
Stakeholder Engagement and Management – how do we identify the stakeholders and ensure that they are all on the same page? Avoiding Scope Creep
Customer/Beneficiary Buy-in and sustainability
Assessing project impact – Was it worth it?
There will be a brief Q&A at the end of session and a 30 minute Q&A at the conclusion of the program. All presentors will be available via email after the event is over, if you have any additional questions or follow-up comments.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any difficulty registering.
We hope you will join us for this international world-class Project Management event!
