One of the original process groups of the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) is one of the most important.  The profession needs to talk more about learning curve and the value it provides to future project managers. Capturing and communicating what happened throughout the execution of a project assures that continuous improvement by learning from what went right AND what went wrong.
